Three hours to answer every question
Villara's home services team wanted a resource homeowners could reference after their heat pump installation. Something that answered the most common questions clearly. I worked with the team to identify which questions came up most often and what level of detail would be helpful to someone who had a new system installed but wasn't necessarily familiar with how it worked.
From there, I coordinated filming locations and logistics and planned the shoot around what we had: roughly three hours on-site. That meant every decision had to be intentional, and when things shifted, I had to adapt quickly.
I handled the project from planning through post-production. Helping develop the content structure, coordinating the shoot, directing and filming on-site, and then editing the final video. That included repairing clipped audio, restructuring sections for clarity, and adapting in real time as conditions shifted throughout production.
After the install
The finished video covers five common post-installation questions in three minutes. The home services team now uses it as a standard resource, sharing it through email, customer presentations, and support touchpoints, with plans to add it to the website.
