What if Disney got a stamp series?
The Disney Stamp Collection started as a creative exercise inspired by a love for classic 2D Disney films and the imagination that brought them to life. If these stories could live in a stamp format, what would that look like?
What colors are quintessential to this film? What elements would someone immediately recognize and connect to? Reducing something as rich and layered as a Disney classic down to a single stamp, minimal space, one dominant image, a restrained palette, meant thinking about the feeling of the film. Some elements are Easter eggs for the fans, others carry deliberate symbolism. The spindle for Sleeping Beauty. The Shepherd's Journal for Atlantis.
This was a fully independent project, conceived and executed long before AI could generate this kind of work in seconds. Ten stamps total, three series selected for this portfolio based on design outcome.

Imagination Station
The process started with sketching out elements by hand, scanning them in, and rebuilding everything in Illustrator, figuring out the right forms and layout. Then came the part I loved most. What's the right palette for each film? What shade works for the stamp background and the mockup around it? Do the stamps in each set feel like they belong together? Color was a big through line, and getting it right meant sifting through options until I found what worked.
The result is a series of stamps, all rooted in genuine love for the films and the imagination that inspired them.
